As the semester has came to an end first I would like to thank everyone who has been reading my blog and Im glad you were able to join myself and the UDM SOA on this journey. Fruthermore, Its had been an amasing experience that will remain in the memories of us students for a lifetime! We have all grown and learned so much here in Volterra, whether it be from a huge difference in culture and way of life compared to the United States/Canada or to how to take more time to appreciate what is around you. These final images are from the final review and critique of the UDM SOA summer study abroad semester for Volterra, Italy 2015. The final Program was to design the Piazza XX Settembre into a main hub of Volterra. This also included the main programatic detail of a Restraunt, Market Place, and Apartments, all while maintaining a health boundary and view that the Piazza offers.
